Villa Ronja is located in Överum, approximately 10 km from the Bed & Breakfast Björkhyddan. The cottage enjoys an idyllic setting on the edge of the village in a wooded area, 500 m from the lake. The nearest grocery store is about 800 m away. The village also has a bathing area with a sandy beach, which is ideal for children. In addition to the house, there is a caravan on the property that sleeps 2 to 4 people.

There is only running water in the kitchen. A shower and an incineration toilet are located in the nearby sauna building. As you can see in the pictures, it's not quite finished yet. Completion is firmly scheduled for before summer 2026.

Villa Ronja accommodates four people in two bedrooms. It has a small, traditionally furnished kitchen on the ground floor. Currently, two electric hotplates are available for cooking. The only water connection in the entire house is located above the sink.

The old stove isn't repaired yet. Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, a kettle, and a coffee maker are provided.

The spacious living room is also located on the lower floor. It features a large dining table and a comfortable seating area. We have chosen not to have a television. The surrounding nature offers a variety of activities – hiking, cycling, boating, swimming, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet in the garden! There is also plenty to discover within about an hour's drive!

Upstairs there's a large bedroom and a children's room! On the way up, you can admire our little Ronja!

Once you're upstairs, there's a washstand with a bowl and pitcher. Just like in Grandma's day.

Straight ahead is the master bedroom and to the right is the children's room.

We furnished the bedroom in keeping with the style of the house. The small "kitchen sofa" actually served as a bed for children. The seat could be extended, and the wardrobe had a sprung base. The table and chairs were also lovingly restored. The small door leads to a storage area that can be used as a closet.

The children's room contains a bunk bed and a small school desk. Games and some books are in the cupboard. A small electric fireplace is also present.

We've added a covered terrace and an outdoor sink to the caravan. In strong sunshine, the terrace provides shade and complements the terrace at the house. The caravan can be used as an extension of the house or shared with another family.
